Business Case Highlights
- In 2-days you’ll create a preliminary mockup of your product or service, calculate up to 2-year financial projections, map out your high level marketing plan, prepare and present a 30-minute PowerPoint presentation
- As you make your way through the process you’ll have many opportunities for constructive feedback, input and insight designed to strengthen your preliminary proposal
- You’ll be assigned a business coach during these 2-days, who can help guide you with your financial projections, marketing and operations planning
- At the same time judges will informally sit-in on some of your planning sessions, ask questions and begin to develop a sense of your business model so they can better understand your concept
- The presentation will be your preliminary marketing pitch, which places you in competition with your peers and eligible for a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place finish. The first 3-placements make you eligible for prize money, up to $1,000
- This is a competition, but at the same time the forum is designed to be a collaborative process with feedback from business experts who can provide in-depth analysis and immediate feedback from other forum participants, as well as business coaches who can help you prepare for a successful presentation
